He holds the record for finishing the most number of games with sixes, completing the same on 9 occasions during his playing career with India.

2.Hat-trick in the First Over

Pathan is the first and only bowler to have claimed a hat-trick in the first over of a Test match! He took the wickets of Salman Butt, Younis Khan, and Mohammad Yousuf for a match against Pakistan in Karachi, 2006.

3.Fastest to 200 Wickets

The Talented bowler holds the record of bagging 200 wickets in Test cricket with the least number of deliveries, that is, 10291.

4. Most ODI runs in a calendar year

 During the calendar year 1998, Sachin Tendulkar scored 1,894 runs in 34 matches at an average of 65.31 and a strike rate of 102.15. He scored nine centuries and seven half-centuries in that year. The next on the list is Sourav Ganguly, who scored 1,767 runs in 41 matches in 1999.

5. Most Stumping Dismissals in ODIs

 Mahendra Singh Dhoni, former Indian captain, and current wicket-keeper batsman, has affected 107 stumping dismissals in ODI cricket, the most by any wicket-keeper in the world. The next name on the list is Kumar Sangakkara, who has affected 99 stumping dismissals in ODIs.

6. Highest individual score in ODIs

MS Dhoni also holds the record for being the most capped captain in cricket history, having achieved the milestone of 331 games in 2016.
